Aslesha Tummalapalli
Chief Executive Officer
Aslesha is an alum of LSR and CEU, with a background in economics and public policy. Her career has always been anchored in people-centric work. From supporting social entrepreneurs in her early years to spending over four years in political consulting across India’s most complex electoral environments.
At SOR, she brings a rare blend of narrative instinct, policy understanding, and the focus to see ideas through. She has led brand, campaign, and strategy work across sectors, from grassroots movements to digital-first startups, always with a deep understanding of the people on the other side.
Her work is marked by sharp storytelling, a strong visual eye, and a commitment to detail that shapes how every project lands.

Managing Director
Ram is a graduate of IIT Delhi with experience leading both political campaigns and early-stage startup growth. From state-level elections to zero-to-one brand builds, he’s worked across complex, fast-moving environments that demand clarity, momentum, and grit.
He brings a scientific mind to the unpredictable worlds of politics and startups, turning instinct and ambiguity into actionable clarity. He’s passionate, systems-driven, and thrives when the stakes are real.
At SOR, Ram leads with a combination of big-picture thinking and operational discipline. He’s known for asking the right questions, keeping momentum sharp, and ensuring execution never lags behind ambition.
